We have an opportunity for them to make some money and also make money for their local charity. They only have to know a good doctor they can recommend.

In my experience, nurses (especially high end female ones) behave "out of their norm" more so than any other demographic group that I can think of right off hand. In some general terms, that relates to this conversation in the fact that they will probably NOT use their internet connection at home to look up things about their work. That will make them difficult for you to contact if you use traditional marketing strategy. I suggest a different approach. I suggest trying to associate with them through their secular life. I suggest the placement and construction of your hook be made to associate with them in their "off from work" mode. Figuring out how to do that should actually be easier than with some demographic groups, as highly educated nurses are not necessarily the quietest of groups. But do a little demographic research and get into their "off time" mindset and the whole strategy will probably become quite clear to you. One last thing. They are a highly prized demographic group, so there are lots of 'not really nurses' groups who will try to speak for them. Check your sources and don't believe any old thing you hear. That should give you a pretty good start. Don't forget your search engine optimization, nurses wear the search engines out when they are surfing. They are highly educated about the human anatomy, not always computer networks (i.e. the Internet) and how to use them.
