How much do Registered Nurses make. I know about the bls.gov website, I want to hear from RN's or LPN's please |
I just want to hear from RN's or LPN's only. Yes I know it depends on where you live and how long you have worked at a hopsital. Just let me know in general, what you started out making, and what you are making now. Or if you have a friend or co-worker. My mom is a RN and she makes $27.35 a hour. It really depends on how much you choose to work. I live with my sister who is an RN, getting her PhD in Nursing at UW, and when she works to her capacity she can easily make over 100 grand/year. But she basically gets to choose her hours...they call her in almost every night. When she picks up extra shifts and makes time and a half, she really rakes it in. |
