Registered Nurses Only! What do you like and dislike about your job? How is the pay, benefits, vacation?

I pretty much love my job. Pay in NC is about $50,000 a year to start. I work nights so it is hard on my family, so that is the hardest part. The pay is great, the benefits are good, and vacation time is pretty average. The best part is JOB STABILITY! If you go into teaching....that is where the future lies due to the nursing shortage.
