If a register nurse work 12 hour a day how many days does she work?

An RN will work 3 on and 4 off, then 4 on and 3 off. Starting in a new position will usually have to work at least every other weekend. And days may be scattered out, but will equal the same.

Depends on the work agreement. Up to 3/week. Positions are based on a 2 week pay period. So a Full Time position is a 1.0 or 10 - 8 hour shifts in 2 weeks. For 12 hour shifts it's a little more confusing. 3 -12 hour shifts in 2 weeks is a 0.9 position. 4 in 2 weeks would be 0.6 position. Scheduled days vary depending on your dept.

Most likely the same number of days any other full time employee would work.

However, some jobs do 12 hrs. per day, but work four days per week.

With nursing, that's something you'll have to check out. There's always a shortage of nurses + cut backs, they may have to do the over time and work the same number of days, Monday thr Friday.
