Could you please tell me it has been closed about foreign nurse immigrate to the USA? |
I am a Chinese with American registered nurse licence. My New York employer has filed immigration case.Five months passed, but I haven't got my receipt number yet. How long will I wait ? Perhaps the three links below will be of assistance. If you haven't received a receipt number yet I would think you need to contact your potential employer to see if they can provide it. ask your lawyer has he filed the appropriate forms. i gor mt receipt number a few weeks after filing. sounds like he never filed it. without a receipt number you cannot get a visa so stay on top of it, i sure did. |
