What does it take/require to become a nurse reviewer in the Philippines?

I want to become one. I'm a registered nurse. I want to help students to pass the board exams.

Canadian Nurse Exam Reviewer:
Qualification:
- At least Prof'l License(Passed Board exam)
- 2 years experience
- BS Nursing
- NCLEX passer

Basically the Philippine reviewer may have a similar qualification except for the NCLEX part.
