That is a tricky question. Accountants can be paid quite a lot. Usually, they are paid by the month, whereas RNs are paid by the hour. I have known accountants to get between 60-95000 dollars a year. But such accountants have lots of experience and are familiar with the laws and regulations. Now, if you live in California, then you're in luck! California has a high demand for RNs. Registered Nurses in California make between 25-45 dollars an hour, especially in big cities such as San Jose, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. If you were a nurse in the army, you could also make up to 60,000 dollars a year (depending on rank). Personally, I recommend accountant. Nursing is far too difficult, demanding, and disgusting.
