How long does it tke to get your associates as a registered nurse?

How long does it tke to get your associates as a registered nurse?

2 years- I did it- you'll make lots of cash- but it is a very quick course. You'll need to study very hard. Then you can get a job somewhere and they'll give you tuition reimbursement (+ look for scholarship $$) and you can get your BS partially paid for!
2 years is usually an associate degree program-very slightly limiting in that you can't teach with this degree.
3 years is usually a hospital school program- dwindling- get a degree.
4 years is a bachelor's degree-highly desirable-takes you anywhere in the workplace.
5 years is a Northeaster University program in MA and I don't know why.
Masters degree programs can be 1-2 years after a BS degree, if you want to be a reasearcher or nurse practitioner.
If you are an LPN here in MA- there is a 9 month LPN to RN program also- I don't know if you come out with a degree, though.
Good luck.

Depends upon whether you take a three or four year program.
