What is the annual salary for a registered nurse?

What is the annual salary for a registered nurse?

This varies significantly by city, state, facility, position and specialty.

However, the national average is between $56,000 and $59,000 roughly dependent on which salary surveys you read. Also, at some facilities there is a differential paid to BSN nurses paid in addition to the base salary which averages roughly $2,500 per year.

You will find salaries highest on the west coast and in the north east, but the cost of living in those areas usually averages the salary out.

Hope this is what you are looking for.

A LOT, BABY!

$59,859

Ring a nursing recruitment agency and ask to find out the pay in your area

Depends if you are working in a hospital in a ICU
or in a Dr office and what part of the country
but would think the average would be
$50,000.00 right out of school
of course experience matters also
so if you have say 5 years exp in ICU worked in a large hospital in a large city
you could do very well maybe about, 6.5 k or so
but to know for sure
there is a website for pay scales for medical professional

Salaries vary depending on many factors. To find more accurate salary data you can try www.bls.gov, monster.com ,salary.com or PayScale.com. You will find that jobs like these are negotiable when it comes to salary.More information, tips and help at http://moreaboutsalary.blogspot.com/
