I am a Registered nurse in Cameroon and wish to get a job in Canada where I can live and work. what can I do? http://www.visabureau.com/canada/registe... You'd do much better for answers on a Canadian site. This is UK and Ireland this is the site for immigration canada, all the inormation you need should be here You may also want to try looking at various nursing agencies in Canada and see if you can get sponsorship. That's what a lot of the foreign nurses I work with did to get into the US. A lot of the agencies will help you with the paperwork, and pay for exam costs, and some will pay for travel fees and other expenses. Also going through an agency will be easier and results quicker than you trying to do it yourself. You should re ask this question in the health care area of the career and employment section. There may be someone there that can provide you with more info and the names of a few agencies. Here is the link for the College of Nurses of Ontario they are the regulating body for Nurses in the province of Ontario. They should be able to help you find out if your qualifications are accepted in Ontario. |
