I am a registered nurse in the philippines,i wanted to work as a caregiver, what are the requirements?

I have a friend in california, she told me there's a hospital there in need, but i don't have a visa. Is it possible if I direct hire they will be the one to process my visa? if there's one can you suggest me some institutions??? all the help you can extend will be highly appreciated.

Legally, no institution or facility in the U.S. is allowed to petition you for a job as a caregiver. Why don't you apply as an R.N. since you are one?

you should apply for visa stating that you are an RN , and want to work in USA as nurse
