Registered nurse??????? |
how much do they get paid in florida and pennsylvani and what do they do? Pay rates in each state varies but the national average is about fifty five thousand dollars and as to what they do it depends on the field of nursing...EVERYTHING from administering medication, carefully checking of dosages and avoiding interactions; starting, maintaining, and discontinuing intravenous (IV) lines for fluid, medication, blood, and blood products; administering therapies and treatments; observing patients and recording those observations; and consulting with doctors and other health care officials and much much more! It is a wonderful job and it is sooo versatile so you have the opportunity to pick a specialty field (Trauma, NICU, Oncology, Geriatrics etc.) if you don't want to just work in general nursing. Best of luck! |
