Do all childrens roomleaders have to be to level 4 standard by 2010? |
Senior nursery nurses working in child care. I think this is the case if you work in a day nursery but if it is a pre-school I think you have til 2015. I am doing my level 4 at the moment with the OU but I own a pre-school so don't necessarily need it yet. I dont know if they HAVE too but I think they want them to. They want higher positions to have Foundation Degree, or Professional Status and assistants to be NVQ3....or so I heard! |
