HELP!!! where can i find the latest researches or studies about certain sicknesses?

I'm specifically looking for studies for pnumonia and stroke in relation to the nursing practice.... help i need this tommorrow and google is failing...

look online or go to your dr . you can even look in your local library for infoemation on any kind of sickness you wish to know about.
