What was your biggest challenge for you when you were studying to become a nurse? Maintaining financial stability. I have a family, and my husband really only had a decent seasonal income. I couldn't work full-time and do nursing school full-time. I made the choice to quit the job and take out student loans to live off of. I'm now in debt, but I can afford to pay it, and it was totally worth it for me not to have the stress of trying to work and do school. Working full-time 3-11 in surgery and going to school full-time, finding the time to study was my biggest challenge. |
