How much do heart surgeons earn? Do they earn better than nurses do?

Most doctors in my country study to be a nurse and go abroad.

Heart surgeons in the US earn $300,000+
Nurses earn $30-90,000 (or more, but not much more) depending on their training and type of nursing they do.

I'm guessing that it is easier for foreigners to become nurses than doctors, and that's why they do that. It takes a lot of testing and training to become a US doctor, even if you were already a doctor in your home country.

at least 4x as much

Doctors earn much more than nurses. The best paid specialities in the US are radiologist and orthopedic surgeon.

I'm sorry but this is like asking, "Does Tom Cruise make more money than my mailman?"

of course they do

Yes cardiology doctors earn way more than the nurses do...way more...SMILE

I don't know what country your from, maybe you terminology of what a heart surgeon, and a nurse is is completely different from ours. In the US, heart surgeons make more than $160,000 a year, nurses, (depending on what they do) $60-90,000 a year (At least where I live, FL)

And that country would be....................................

I am a nurse in the US, and, well, LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL.

Maybe it is easier to get out of your country as a nurse.
