Can any one help me with this problem am having.? |
i am a nursing student, i study so hard but i never pass my exams, i don't party or drink, i just get to the exam hall and blank out, like a memory lost, it is very disappointing when you work so hard and you fail, pls do anyone knows any medication or anything i can do to make me remember what study so hard for? I had the same problem you were having, but it was for a different class. It was for my language class. I know exactly how you feel; you study really hard, and end up forgetting everything, it is disappointing, but please do not try to be so hard on yourself. It seems like you are experiencing a bit of anxiety of your exam (s). What really help was doing some breathing exercises, and telling myself over, and over again that I'd do fine. Also before the test, try to test yourself on the material, or join together with a friend and have her test you. reasons: R E L A X one thing to tell you here as you are asking this question and reading my answer Take 2 deep breath in and out one more time yes To get relaxed take practice but it easy like when you read your stuff I mean your books don't read it to just pass your exam but UNDERSTAND what you are reading or what you are dealing with one last thing walk 2,3 miles if possible also I don't trust my memores so I keep it on small pice of paper. Good luck. Relax honey, Be confident in your abilities in what you do, and study with a friend always helps. Don't put so much pressure on yourself. |
