Ovulation irregularity? |
For the past 8 months, I've been cycling every 38 days. Before that I was cycling at 35 days for about 10 months. This month, my cycle ended at 21 days. My husband and I are trying to conceive, so i was a little surprised when my period arrived almost 17 days early. I have recently (about a month and a half ago now) begun to change my diet to mostly fruits, veggies, whole wheat, lean meats and whole milk. I have also been running about 30 minutes a day, all in order to prepare my body for pregnancy. Because of some of my lifestyle changes, I have also lost about 10 pounds. I guess my question is this: is it possible that these changes have affected my ovulation cycle this drastically? My cycles were very regular before this. The changes i have made are also pretty significant changes for me. I was huge red meat meat and potatoes kind of girl before this and drank loads of skim milk (according to the Harvard Nurses' Health Study, skim can work against you in terms of ovulation). hi don't be worrying this is normal when you change your diet my advice is watch when you get your cycle and how long it lasts if it doesn't last as long as before do a pregnancy test some women have a period all true there pregnancy |
