Help please: What books for Xmas!!!?

I want to get FICTION books only for my family this Xmas that will make them happy, uplift them etc., please help me out:
-13 yrs old, very inteligent girl, with great sense for people's mind, thinking, psychology...I know, sounds wierd, but girl flick won't make her happy.
-19 yrs old, girlfriend, interests in advertising, psychology and pets, vet stuff...I know...see how difficult my job is?
-23 yrs old, girl, second year in uni studying for nurse, very commited to help people, is there a story of some cool nurse or something like this?:)
-42 yrs old lady, happy to read anything with massive psychological/dramatic base...but really good only...

Any help will be appreciated, many thanks...

for the 23 yr old, I suggest "Outlander" by Diana Gabaldon. It is about a WWII nurse who goes through some stonehenge type circle and comes to in 1744 Scotland just in time for the clan risings. It is a very adventure-action, romantic, sexy, time-travel (just that once) historical story and I guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you want to buy more than one book for her - Gabaldon has a series of 6 books out with the same two characters- they have adventures, love each other and grow old together and through it all, the main character still remains a nurse/doctor. I think she will like it.
Sorry, I don't know what to suggest for the others in your family. I like Janet Evanovitch's Stephanie Plum series- it is a good lighthearted funny read and she has a series of 13 books starting with "One for the Money"; Sue Grafton, Stephen King, Anne Rice. .. . you are a very thoughtful person

Hard to pick books for someone unknown. Best advice I can give you is to go to Amazon and check out the books they have. Good idea to give books, wish more people would. My grandkids don't get to watch too much TV so I give them books for Christmas and they love them!
There is one book "Stranger in the Woods" which is photography about a snowman kids built and the deer and animals that come in contact with it. Beautiful photos!
