I have to start thinking about applying for uni. Please help.? |
I want to study mental health nursing at uni. My tutor told me to put in a second choice to help me get into uni but I only want to do mental health. Will this affect my application? Your adviser is correct. I know it may seem like you only have one goal and you will never change your mind, but the reality is that most people, at 18, don't really know what they want. You may, I'm not saying you don't but you need to demonstrate that you have alternatives if things don't work out. You have a plan B and plan C so that you may continue in your studies if unforeseen things come up. |
