I have to get an 80% on my nursing final, I just feel so stagnant, tired, stressed? |
and have other stuff going on. I have been studying. How can I really give my studying this extra push. I have to pass this final. Thanks. It's on maternity!! Every one has different study methods for tests, and if you have been making 80% or better, try not to stress, just keep studying and do your best. I always found I did best with a study partner. Once I had been through the material a few times, it would begin to get stale, bouncing it off someone else usually made it easier to keep the material fresh at that point. I also found that if I found somewhere besides the same one place to study, I could freshen up my study attitude. We had a lovely state park about 10 miles from campus with cabins, I would always rent one for finals, and take a study partner. Incidentally, the cabins didn't have TVs or telephones, so studying was uninterrupted, but the scenery was great. im not sure what your askin but keep goin! When ever you have to remember something important do something that you will remember. Nursing school is stressful, there's no getting around it, even when you don't have other stuff going on, but most people do have other stuff so you aren't alone. And yeah, you have to study. I don't know what kind of words of wisdom you think you need. Just keep hitting the books. Try to study in shorter stretches, don't do marathon sessions or you won't retain it. Hi, I'm Shutonrocks' Mom. I was in nursing a few years ago, and here's what helped me the most. Getting plenty of rest, eating good meals, and the most important thing I did was to pray and ask God to bring to my remembrance what I'd studied, and what the instructor said. I asked God to help me to focus my studies on what would be on the test, and He did! Take a deep breath!!! I know in the back of your head you know you can do it. Just think about why you got into nursing school and the end result of having a great career! |
