Whats it like being an enrolled nurse?

I have been thinking about going into nursing. I believe I have to do the enrolled nursing studies first and then continue on to do registered nursing? I would like to know what it is like being an enrolled nurse? How much time is involved in the studies? I just need to know as I am a solo parent and need to work my time out. Anybody out there that can give me some info?

You will have very little free time. Make sure you have dependable daycare plus a backup. As far as working out, if you are good at managing time you might all right if you can manage balancing spending time with children and studying. But its hard so be prepared.

Nursing is not an easy field of study. You will need help from family and friends.

Nursing is a worth while pursuit and will open a lot of doors for you and your child.

Even if you have to move back home for a couple of years, do it. You will have to really work for a while but it will benefit you for a lifetime.

It is hard but worth it. You can live anywhere and have a good paying job. You can travel if you wish to. You can show your child the value of an education and hard work.
