Why do nursing students need to study chemistry? |
please answer. thanks! because you will be administering drugs and you need to know what they are made of and the interactions between the chemicals you give and the chemicals that may already be "on board" your patient and the contradictions that the patient has as warning signs to the prescribed chemicals. biology is composed of organic chemistry, without a knowledge of chemistry you would be very lost. There are things in chemistry that you need to understand so that you know what is going on inside of a human body. You also need to understand because you need to know about medications. You need to be able to understand acid and base. |
