If you go to a book store, such as Barnes and Noble or any other book store. There are study guide books, which will help you with the entrance exam. They also have sample test questions.

Nursing... it is a longer, more detailed education.

You have to be a registered nurse (R.N.) and you must have the required schooling and training. Not sure about the training, but the schooling is four years at a college or university with an A.M....

Take the CGFNS exam and English proficiency exam BEFORE coming to the United States. If you pass you'll be eligible for a nursing license here without going back to school.
