How do I study for "predicting outcomes" for nursing exam?


It is for my wife. She has a study book, but does not know which to study, as there is nothing labeled "this will help in the predicting outcomes section".

have her take one of those classes that helps you prepare for the exam

Predicting what outcomes? client outcomes on a care plan?
