I need a nursing case study on gallbladder. Does anyone out there have one? Time is running out......? |
Or on CHF Everyone has a gallbladder. u cant just go online and expect to get an instant case study, u have to have a patient, a real case, how can u defend ur case study if u dont really know the patient u did it on. Anyway u can hav a guideline, try to remember if u ever took care of a patient with gallbladder problems. start with the normal physiology of the gall bladder, follow it with pathophysiology, then supporting labs, u cant invent that one, or maybe u can...what do u expect when lets say a person have gallbladder problems. ur main nursing diagnosis will be, alteration in comfort related to pain, potential for infection, etc. dont do any shortcuts because u wll definitely need it when u are practicing nursing. those case studies will come back to your head when u encounter another patient that have the same problem. |
