How to get job in usa if i finish my study in nursing?

Apply at hospitals you want to work in.

Nursing is one of the few occupations on the US high-need list, and if you are a qualified nurse, you will not have a problem getting a work visa.

In general, most foreign nurses find US placements via agencies that specialise in doing this. They'll help you with the paperwork and etc. I'll give some links, below.

You do have the right level of nursing education for such programs, and so long as you've worked as a nurse for at least a year after nursing school, you should be qualified.
