I am on H4 visa , can i apply for nursing study in USA ?

Yes you are permitted to study on a H4 visa, it is the only thing a person can do on this crappy visa to keep from going insane.

If you have been living in your state for more than a year, you may also qualify for in-state tuition. This is not always the case though as public schools are bound by state law and the eligibility requirements to establish residency in a state for tuition does vary. So check with the institution to see if you are eligible.
