An interview at University of York to study Nursing Mental Health - what types of questions will there be? You won't get asked about different types of depression......of course not......you havn't studied it yet!! Glad of that!! Dress sensibly (keep the jeans and flashy stuff for when you've got in), appear like a really nice caring person (like u are!), and really........just sort of "be yourself". Do you pick ur nose on the toilet what would do it... this happened, the different kinds of depression, maybe. what are ur strengths/weaknesses, how will u contribute to the world of mental health... It all depends.. If u are going to get a nursing degree and just work in mental health, there will be a certain kind of ?s.. If the degree is actually mental health nurse there will be another kind of ?s. I would look into service user involvement - very big on that at mo! Good luck, not much money going that way these days. |
