Your input please, I just found a non-fixed lump on my lab-pit mix.?

Could she have been bitten by an insect? It feels like there is fluid and it rolls, it doesn't seem to be painful to Harley. She is eating and drinking well abd elimination is fine. She is about 15 months old and she was spayed and shots updated on 7-18-07. Wound healed fine, I took her stitches out on 7-27-07 with no signs of infection; however she did vomit three times during recovery from surgery within that nine days. The wound is well healed and almost invisable now. The vet did a really clean job and it looks perfect. I am a nurse and deal with wounds, surgical and other types, I know what to look for. If you have any speculation or experience on what this could be please give me your input. Professional or experienced answers please, I'm a bit worried.

The lump or swelling is near her right front clavicle.

That is the first of many, don't woory, sounds like a mild infection or bug bite, maybe even an ingrown hair. If it is open then put some peroxide on it to dry it out a couple times a day. If it is closed and not draining just leave it alone it will go away by itsself.
