Help me fast....doctors, nurses and heart paytions only?

i'm have chest pains when i lay down they start at my stomic and travel to my chest...whats wrong with me?

sounds like acid reflux, but you should really get it checked out by a doc, heart problems are nothing to fool around with, if it is acid reflux, that should be treated, too because it can cause bigger problems later on.

that really depends on the sensation of pain- a tingly sensation, a stabbing feeling, throbbing.. it sounds like possibly heartburn from what you have described so far though! I'm only a pre-med student, but this is what it sounds like to me!

I'm no physician, but it sounds more like a digestive issue. "Heartburn" begins in the tum but as it flows up, creates quite noticeable pain. Could be acid reflux. You need a doc, but in the meantime, sleep on an angle (head/chest higher) and try some OTC stuff until you can get to the doc.
