Does having an approved GC (nurse visa category in retrogression) disqualify me from applying for H1? |
I have my family GC application approved by USCIS. But I cannot travel since the nurse visa category is currently under retrogression. no. you can't apply for H1 visa yourself. you need a US employer to sponsor your H1 visa. no, you can only apply for 1 visa at the time Are you to apply for a visa for USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, France, Germany or Russia? What would be the purpose of your travel? would you be a tourist, a student, a family or employer sponsored professionsl, a businessman, an investor or anything else? |
