I am retiring next spring. I have been teaching nursing for many years. What should I choose for a 2nd career?

I work in mental health. I have a passion for painting, working with animals, and buying real estate. I also like travel. Will have more time for that.

Theres a great job awaiting you, It's called Relaxation. Try it for a time. It gets better as time goes by, and the boss isnt breathing down your neck.

You enjoy painting and working with animals?
You can help me paint my house, and I am a real animal.

Also a bit on the weird side. Maybe I could use some of your mental health experience. Those Rice Krispies in my head always tell me to give sarcastic answers here.

Seriously, I am a retired RN also, and am getting bored out of my mind. Thinking seriously of going back to work.

Do some Paintings and sell them at Art Festivals; sell some of your Paintings to Real Estate offices!! See if you can get leads from Real Estate offices. People buy new homes; they might need new decors (i.e. Your Paintings) in their new homes.
Capitalize on your Specialties! Makes sense to me!!!
