I am a ICU Nurse but i'm getting tired of bedside nursing. What job that makes good money can I move to?

I make good money as is but I'm looking for a change that will be rewarding and profitable. Maybe something that allows me to travel even.
Maybe a hospital equipment rep? Anyways I need ideas.

Stryker or Arthrex equipment are always looking for sales reps because on the east coast, they can' t keep any good ones.

I know a RN that used to do ICU with infants, she is now a home health aide nurse. She travels from town to town within probably a 60 mile radius, I'm sure you were talking more. But, I know nurses doing that job that travel farther.
It is rewarding, and the pay is good.
Not a whole lot of medical equipment though. But, it depends on the clients you would have too.

LVN'S and registerred nurses are always on demand at "Home Health Centers".
You will be a visiting nurse, traveling to private homes and examining patients that are confined to their own homes.
Home Health Centers are Business Corporations that pay well and pay for your tuitions to further your medical studies;

With my knowledge ICU compared to ER is a not really boring,just not much happens but I admire the nurses that work in that department.Try switching to a different station,im not saying move to the ER maybe to the second floor to take care of patients who are currently staying at the hospital.Theres also the option of working in a nursing home.but honestly that would be a little off for me.Anyway whichever position you choose there all great.Being an Rn is one of the most rewarding jobs.I plan on becoming one.Good Luck
