Can I work as a Traveling Nurse in the USA if i am a UK resident ?

It sounds like a great job but i know it is difficult re. visas and work permits , is this possible ?
Does anybody out there do it and enjoy it ?

You would have to find a Traveling Nurse agency and see if they are willing to sponsor you for a work visa. The one benefit I know you will have in having a visa awarded to you, is that nurses are in high demand.
Also, you will have to research and see if your licensing for nursing matches to the state you are employed through and transferring you licensing. The transferring part is usually done via the employer as they know how it is to be done
