Can People Be Traveling Nurses Without Going Through and Agency? |
If so, do you think it's a good idea? Problem being hitting the right Town at the right Time. For example if say you are in Town A and the Nurse in Town B is due to take vacation, maternity leave, without going through some agency how would you know? Likewise, if say the Hospital in Town B has Flu and half the Nurses are out sick, the Hospital would contact a Agency, but you would not know as you are in Town A. Therefore the only way to do it, send your CV and References, to all sources of Nursing Institutions, stating you are FREE and hope they contact you direct. Likewise, the crunch, they will probably expect to get your services cheaper as they are not going through an Agency and paying the going rate, less the Agency Fee. Good Luck |
