Travel nurses please help!? |
How do your companies find your housing? I'm starting up nurse housing in my community. I call the nurse staffing companys send my info and they say thats all they need. But isn't there 2000 other places doing the same thing? I just want to know how they decide which apartment community to use and how I can get them to use mine. Thanks in advance and keep up the hard work! I know that some consideration is given to the proximity to the health care facility, price, and size of housing. Generally travelers are alone, they don't need huge places nor do the companies need to pay for 3 bedroom apartments. Make them close to the places they will work, clean, and affordable. My advice is to send some type of brochure and pamphlet to traveling companies emphasizing their cost, location, and other features. |
