How do I find tours for physically handicapped? I need a travel companion with nursing experience?

My best suggestion would be to type- handicapped travel- into google. I tried it and this was my top answer.

You might also have some luck with a local home nursing company or any travel agency. They may not deal directly with that specific type of travel, but might have suggestions of good resources.
