For the first time in my life I have fallen in love, my only ''One shot at love.'' But ''Mr. Dream Merchant '' had told me to take it easy. I loved her so much I said to myself, if I had ''One life to live'' I'd live it with her. Such a lovely lady I gave her a new name my 鈥樷€橶ildflower.鈥欌€?Her love was the best thing that ever happened to me, but at the same time I felt so guilty. As my soul touched other hearts by saying 鈥樷€橧f My Heart Could Speak鈥欌€?it would say鈥?鈥樷€橶here Were You (When the World Stopped Turning).鈥欌€?Because even though I felt loved deep inside I also felt others in this world need to be cared for too. My conscience said to me 鈥樷€橶hat's Going On鈥欌€?鈥樷€橶e Are the World (We are the children)鈥欌€?people are dying everyday. But here you are just thinking about myself 鈥樷€橶here's the Love鈥欌€?poverty children need you is what my heart spoke continuing鈥?to speak 鈥樷€橳here鈥檚 no me without you.'' But me feeling selfish and lost like a teenager in love I finally had realized it's better to give then to take, take, and take just one heart and not several hearts to love and heal. Days after the girl that I loved found another lover I said to myself ''Why Have I Lost You'' ''I Only Meant to Wet My Feet'' could this be '' The Beginning of My End.'' But I must understand that ''They鈥檒l come a time'' you must open your heart to others in life that need it more then a boy and a girl thinking only about each other. Love, love, and love on my mind I just couldn鈥檛 get over her. Then all of a sudden a bright light from the heavens-above shinning down upon my face, as my conscience said to me鈥? ''Shut up'' and listen to your heart. So I did then a beautiful voice said to me I am your creator and you will obey your father my son. He said you must ''Keep your head to the sky'' to 鈥樷€橢ase the pain鈥欌€?all you have to do is always call on me and I will be there for you. Thank you father I will call on you more often because I can鈥檛 live my life without your guidance. I should have known that I was being selfish ''Life goes on'' and I said to myself ''My heart will go on'' too. Poverty comes first and I must '' Save the best for last'' and that is love鈥?but take care of what's more important and that is families starving and children dying.

Just a short story about me and MR DREAM MERCHANT. IF MY HEART COULD SPEAK it would speak volumes about the way that he makes me feel. With words so wise, he would EASE THE PAIN of lonely nights, and reassures me that yes, LIFE GOES ON, indeed MY HEART WILL GO ON. You鈥檒l have more than ONE SHOT AT LOVE, he impressed upon me, SO SAVE THE BEST FOR LAST!! Though initially I ONLY MEANT TO WET MY FEET with this friendship, he quickly taught me the importance of keeping my crown up. (KEEP YOUR HEAD TO THE SKY) He was so right, he sold me hope. WE ARE THE WORLD (WE ARE THE CHILDREN) of God and it is our ultimate destiny to walk in his footsteps. With ONE LIFE TO LIVE, time was very important. That鈥檚 WHAT鈥橲 GOING ON! WHY HAVE I LOST YOU? All that I just explained is true. SHUT UP with your crazy accusations. WHERE WERE YOU (WHEN THE WORLD STOPPED TURNING)? WHERE鈥橲 THE LOVE? You think that THERE鈥橲 NO ME WITHOUT YOU; and this may be THE BEGINNING OF MY END, but I鈥檓 a WILDFLOWER. Yes indeed, I will survive amongst the thorns.

i have something but tis from two points of views....its all hate and love poem...but im not posting it until its done,if i post it.thanks i needed some more inspiration.

ephemeral love chick is dressed in sunsets.
she's eating [wildflower]'s and handing out hearts.
"my lovely darlings" she shouts on city streets,
"[we are the world! (we are the children)!]"
she has vocal cords that need no mic.
"[what's going on]?"

[life goes on] for all the fast-pacers,
passengers, addicts, all in haste,
but they never do move on.
"only [my heart will go on]" she whispers.
they're picking up a grande latte,
five in the morning,
stressing out, oppressing themselves.
they've [one life to live],
but everyday in Manhattan,
they waste it on superficiality
to [ease the pain] of the anguish:
what's our meaning in life?

ephemeral love chick is walking on sidewalks.
"[I only meant to get my feet wet]" she whispers.
"oh, I'm drowning in the sea.
[if my heart could speak], lovers,
I'd save us all, my sweets.
but I'm caving in, losing my head.
this is [the beginning of my end]."

a voice not her own boomed in her mind.
"you can't save the world, but you may as well try,
for there's more than [one shot at love].
whoever said there wasn't was wrong."
love chick shouts at the voices in her head,
shouts at the passersby on the streets,
"[where's the love]? y'all with your prada obsessions,
all the latest fashions, and facades in place.
[there'll come a time] I'll revolutionize you all!
I'll [save the best for last]
and i'll know you'll be real..."
she whimpers, she falls.

the voice in her head,
that of [Mr. Dream Merchant],
her idealization and only a delusion,
sends her a realization:
"[keep your head to the sky]"
he spews all sorts of cliches that
for once actually work, so she'll be okay.
she replies, "[where were you (when the world stopped turning)]?"
no response, she panics. "[why have i lost you]?"
til a voice proclaims, "i was always in your thoughts.
[there's no me without you],
no good without love,
chick, throw off your fragile veneer,
[shut up] and get out here."

and my love chick changes the world.
