I've cut my wrist..............?

and i saw the vein underneath a layer of skin i know we can see them also without cutting it but this was a weird thing that the wound siades were wide open and the blood came to one side that i saw the vein clearly but then it got filled with blood ugh
it left a huge scar uhg should i have took care of it?

yes...well...i would recommend you find some way of dealing with your stress and depression...dont let it become a habit.

the wrist will heal more quickly than the stress and depression.

dont worry about things...dont think about yourself too much...everything will be ok.

Find a counselor and start exercising...

Don't peel it or scratch it. I had one before. In a few years it will be better. Eat healthy food and drink a lot of water. And exercise too.

Not a good choice. I say your wrist may heal but definitely you need to talk to someone with brains about your habits.Good Luk. God Bless.
