Help me please i'm paranoid?

I'm having trouble in my relationship and it's all my own creation. I'm getting paranoid my g/f's losing interest in me, and maybe I'm right maybe I'm wrong - the point is, on a rational; level I know things will be ok whether I'm right or wrong. So why can't I stop feeling angry and nervous - how can I stay cool and collected and stop getting wound up by this?

Meanwhile my g/f's off doing her own things without a care in the world and prob doesn't even think I'm worried and would maybe think I'm crazy if she did!!

If you feel that it is really bad, you could talk to a counselor. If it isn't quite as bad as you think, just talk to your gf about it. Girls can be clueless at times. If you feel ignored, tell her. But don't do it in a confrontational manner. If you think that you would just end up blaming her about your insecurities, yeah, talk to a counselor, or a really good friend that knows both of you.

She already knows how she feels about you and you her. She's happy and secure. That's why she goes on about her business. You might want to do the same.

Trust is your ability to deal with what another person might do. Let yourself go through a cheating scenario in your mind. Would it kill you? No. Would you be better off knowing that someone is cheating on you so you can move on? Yes.

If she's been trustworthy, go ahead and trust that she will remain to be. Try harder to relax, let it go. Not everyone is a cheater. Find things to do when she's out with her friends, things that you enjoy and that make the time fly! This will leave you with less time to sit around and ponder all this. You will also be a much happier person when you see her again!
