Actually the answer is in the song itself. I believe everyone will agree to me that the former statement needs to be addressed. We should do something to help our Mother Earth rather be destructive. As i said before, we have only one earth, one planet, one world where we live.

There is no point in hoping for a better place if you don't put any action into making it better.
Hope does not change things, but in actually doing something and making a real effort, things can change. I think Michael Jackson is more concerned about how he looks than in hoping for a better place. If he used all the money he made on his face in making the third worlds better, then I might have more faith in him.
