My girl cheated and is now pregnant? I love her! How do i deal?

She left for deployment on Jan. 8 and 14 days later she cheated on me and is now pregnant, most likely with the other man's child. I love her with all my heart but i feel like my soul is bleeding. She says she loves me and that she regretted what she did. If this child is not mine how do I raise him/her without seeing the wound she caused me? i dont want to take care of the kid in resentment....

In ddition she was with me for a year while I was going thru colo cancer, the surgery and helping me thru cleaning and dumping the colostcmy bag I had after they had to remove my large intestine. she was there for me

I think you'll need to take time away from her and see other people. You'll need to do this until your soul doesn't feel like it's bleeding anymore. Then see where you're at with her. You can love someone and not be able to be with them due to an open wound. Your only chances for a future with her will exist if you take care of yourself first. That will mean recovering from this without her.

Kick that ho to the curb. Sorry to say it but anyone who cheats deserves any bad things they have coming to them. As that song goes...What goes around comes around.

Just leave her. She already did something horrible and did not even bother to take the steps to stop it. The cheating and the child. She's going to do it again next time.
Unless you're fine with raising a every other man's kids.

If I were you I'd go look for somebody else. Love hurts, but you can find somebody MUCH better than that. Somebody who won't get pregnant with someone else's baby. I understand you love her, but if she loved you as much as she says she does why would she pull something like that in the first place?

well, at as if the child is yours and will always be. Even though geneticly he/she isnt they are still YOUR child not some low life who probly wouldnt care about that child the way you will. If you truley love her you will love this child to trust me

you might not be able to live with it for long because you're already having qualms about being able to accept the child as your own. wait for her to give birth and resume your relationship once you've both had time to think about the possiblity of a future together.

forgive her. everybody makes mistake. if you found in your heart that u truly forgive her, you will be able to raise this kid up without resentment. but if you cannot find the forgivennes dont accept to raise the child, it will only end up hurting the woman you love and her child.

Step out of the relationship. Once a cheater always a cheater. With that said there is a child involved. If I was in your position I would step out of the relationship and then have the baby DNA tested to determine your paternity. If it is not yours it is not your responsibility. You can move on and find a woman who will be faithful to you while wishing your then ex-girlfriend and the child the best.

This is a serious matter. Personally, I do not see how a woman could cheat on a man in unprotective sex and be truly sorry for it. That act alone tells me she is a careless person. What you need to do is ask yourself if you still love her or is it that you want to love her? This is a very difficult question to ask yourself because you can be blinded by your love. After you answer this, then you could decide about the child. You say she said she loves you, but saying it and showing it are very different. From my experience with being cheated on, here's what I came up with- Your heart led you to her and she cheated. Perhaps it's time to start using your head instead.
