Hair care??

ok i havent found anything about hair care on here (yet) and so here is my question, how do i get rid of tangles in my shoulder length hair without, conditioner or any hair-care products???? another kinda personal question, um how do you guys wind down after a loooong day? cause i work at a day-care center and have you ever tried to get very cranky 5 year olds to take their medicane? lol i need a way to wind-down and relax with just water, shampoo and conditioner, a fluffy towel, and me! lol thank you for answering!!!!

ok i need a way to get tangles out of my shoulder-length brown hair without any hair-care products, i also need a way to relax after a long day

The only way I can think to get the tangles out without any hair care products is a big wide tooth comb, and start down at the ends working up toward your roots. I work with mentally disabled adults, ( so in some ways it can be like working with kids, some of them basically are like kids ) its really fun, but I understand how you feel after a long day. What i normally do is i get scented bath oils and stuff...and take a candle lit bath, and just soak...and listen to my favorite sortof mellow music...and when it is winter time i love to drink hot cocoa while i do that! hope i helped!

I could barely understand your question. So many errors and such.. I'm assuming you're asking how to get tangles out without products.
Brush with a wide tooth comb starting at the bottom and go little by little brushing down the hair. Go up a few inches and brush down, go up a little higher, brush down.
I hope it makes sense, because it does to me, haha.

I hope I鈥檓 stating the obvious, but conditioner would seriously help your tangles. That鈥檚 part of its job. If you don鈥檛 condition, you鈥檒l cause some serious breakage trying to detangle.

I recommend a wide tooth comb http://www.sephora.com/assets/dyn/produc... (like this, but go to Sally Beauty Supply for a cheap one). When your hair is wet, don鈥檛 just comb from the root. Start combing a couple of inches from the bottom and slowly work you way up.

But seriously, conditioner would make the whole process so much easier.
