Are there any clinics that offer quick service, no hastle care, if a hospital stay is not nesscary?

We had to go to the emergecy room for my three yearolds head injury and we were there from 11:15 pm to 4:00am for something that took ten minutes to fix and they still never cleaned out the wound properly or gave a procautionary x-ray. My child is a daredevil and never slows down. I just wish there was somewhere we could go for some basic first aid, because it seems you can't get decent care at a hospital and they cost too much.
